PRICES

La Sirena houses are available for stays of up to 9 months.
Minimum stay is 1 week.
La Sirena House
MONTHLY
1-2 persons: $850 all inclusive
3 persons: $950 all inclusive
WEEKLY
1-2 persons: $450 all inclusive
3 persons: $500 all inclusive
The Studio
MONTHLY
1-2 persons: $750 all inclusive
WEEKLY
1-2 persons: $300 all inclusive

If the guests decide not to use the A/C, the monthly rate will be $100 less and the weekly rate $50 less.

The payments will be received by a deposit on the owners Banco Nacional account, per PayPal ( + 5% ) or in cash in Colones.

To secure the reservation, a security deposit of 70% of the monthly or weekly rate will be asked for.

The security deposit will be refunded to the renter after move-out, provided the house or studio is returned to the owner in the same condition as when it was received.

If the renter has to cancel the reservation, the deposit is not refundable.

Any damages will be discounted from the deposit.

A rental agreement will have to be signed upon arrival.
